The stay here was REALLY NICE at the weekend. I loved the location that was very central and near to Broccoli Bottom for at least 10 years, rabbits on view before breakfast and tourist attractions. It also was in the area of Uppingham.

Well-equipped and extremely comfortable cottage in a quiet location surrounded by wildlife. Close to Rutland Water and surrounding villages, easily accessible from the A1. Great for bird watching and enjoying the peaceful countryside.
Difficulty in finding the specific holiday let and initial trouble with heating and hot water. Issues were eventually resolved but caused inconvenience.

We had a warm welcome and our host was very helpful, even getting us a reliable taxi number. The setting was beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and the opportunity to watch horses, rabbits, and birds of prey. The facilities were fine, and we appreciated the lovely shower and comfortable bed. The cottage was clean, and we enjoyed the visit from the dog each morning.
Can recommend this hotel.

Lovely B and B!
During our last minute weekend getaway, we were warmly greeted by Amanda, the housekeeper at the Lovely B and B. She made us feel right at home and gave us valuable recommendations for exploring the local area. Amanda went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, even cooking us a fantastic breakfast each morning. Our room was lovely, with ample hot water and a powerful shower in the ensuite. We highly recommend staying at this charming B and B! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Had a lovely Easter break at a self-catering accommodation in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. the warm welcome we received was excellent and Sally, the host was very helpful, giving us information on a reliable local taxi firm and nearby facilities. the facilities were good and well stocked with everything we needed for a home away from home. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning sunshine on the patio watching the horses, rabbits and birds of prey. the lovely shower was a highlight, as well as the peaceful and private location.
the kitchen cupboard door needs attention and we had to ask for some milk which would have been better waiting in the fridge.

We had a perfect stay at this luxury hotel. The location was just away from the village, so it was really peaceful and serene. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our every need was met. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We also loved the dining table, perfect for enjoying our meals. The towels provided were soft and luxurious, and the television and CD player added an extra touch of entertainment. The hotel even had a lovely outdoor dining area, where we could enjoy our meals while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The leisure facilities, including free internet access and a well-equipped leisure/TV room, added to our overall enjoyment. The on-site car park was convenient, and we appreciated the hotel being a non-smoking property. we would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the local pub. the cottage we stayed in had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. It was also peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the village.
The bed in our cottage was very squeaky and could have used some maintenance.
